“DDMT” Ltd. has been operating in the construction industry since 2010. During this period, it has successfully participated in many major construction projects in the country, and has experience working as a subcontractor, supplier, and general contractor.

Aiming to become an internationally known “Leader” company in the field, our team now has more than 200 full-time employees, creates more than 500 jobs per year, and operates with about 20 heavy machinery and self-propelled equipment.

We are working with the Mongolian branch of the international audit service provider “KPMG” to obtain audit consulting services for the financial statements of 2020 and 2021.

A council consisting of a team of Mongolia’s leading scientists has started working under the Department of Policy and Strategy.

At the Department of Construction, we are cooperating with “Lean work consulting” LLC to provide conditions for more coordinated, productive and efficient operation of the building in accordance with quality standards.

The “Devjikh” labor exchange, a contracted organization of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, is providing professional and methodological assistance to the Administration, Legal, and Human Resources Department of our company in the company’s human resource formation and capacity building, as well as organizing relevant training, events, and presentations.

Special attention is being paid to the activities of the occupational safety and hygiene department, and J. Delgertsetseg, an HSE trainer and auditor, is being invited to be the director and consultant of the department.

We provide changing rooms, canteens, and accommodation for workers to ensure the comfort of construction industry workers.

It is customary to organize a complete health check-up for all employees, and furthermore, the company has signed contracts with “Eternal Sun Med” dental clinic and “Wellness med” ozone therapy clinic, and the company is subsidizing certain costs.

Organizational structure

The structure of our company was revised and approved on October 22, 2021. In the new structure, the company’s policies and strategies, development trends, foreign relations will be managed by the General Director, and the operations of other departments will be directly managed by the Executive Director.
